The binding document
This page is a short, plain-language summary of the terms for using EzStat. The binding legal document is SOLO Labs' Terms & Privacy — see https://sololabs.site/legal#terms. Where this summary and that document differ, the document at sololabs.site/legal controls.
In plain terms
- EzStat is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or availability, and the service may be unavailable at any time.
- Standard plans carry no Service Level Agreement and no service credits. A guaranteed-uptime Enterprise plan is available under a separate written agreement.
- You own your data. We store and process it only to provide the service; we don't sell it or use it for advertising.
- Fees are non-refundable. EU/EEA consumers keep their mandatory rights — see our Refund summary.
- Our liability is capped, except for matters that cannot be capped under Czech/EU law.
- Use EzStat only for lawful, legitimate metrics tracking. Keep your API keys secure; you're responsible for usage under your keys.
