Service

EzStat is a metrics tracking service operated by SOLO Labs. By using EzStat, you agree to these terms. We provide API endpoints to collect, store, and visualize your application metrics.

Your Data

You own your data. We store and process it only to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed.

Data retention depends on your plan. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days (grace period), then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for retention details per plan.

Acceptable Use

Use EzStat for legitimate metrics tracking. Do not abuse rate limits, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, rotate your keys immediately from Settings. We are not liable for unauthorized usage resulting from compromised keys.

Payments

Paid plans are billed according to the billing period you choose. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
