Your account becomes read-only — no new data can be ingested. Upgrade to a paid plan anytime to resume full functionality. Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiration.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation, your account becomes read-only for 30 days. Export anytime during this window. Data retention is per-plan: Pro keeps 90 days, Business keeps 1 year. Older data is automatically purged.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
