Privacy — Summary

Last updated: 2026-07-02 · A plain-language summary for EzStat users.

This page is a short, plain-language summary of how EzStat handles your data. The binding legal document is SOLO Labs' Terms & Privacy — see https://sololabs.site/legal#data-privacy. Where this summary and that document differ, the document at sololabs.site/legal controls.

What we collect

  • Account email — when you sign up or contact support.
  • Metric data — the stats you send via our API (names, values, timestamps).
  • Usage analytics — page views, funnel steps, and a pseudonymous session ID, to run and improve the product.
  • Payment metadata — when checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe; we store session IDs and receipt emails, not full card numbers.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not send marketing email without opt-in.
  • We do not use your metric data for third-party advertising.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to certain processing (GDPR), and opt out of any "sale/share" (CCPA). Metric retention depends on your plan; account deletion removes associated stats per our data-deletion process. The full detail — legal bases, retention periods, processors, transfers, and how to exercise each right — is in the binding document at sololabs.site/legal#gdpr.
